Shipping Policy

Delivery Times

•  Standard Orders (USA): 4–7 business days
•  Orders Placed on Weekends: Shipped the following Monday
•  International Orders: 10–15 business days
•  Personalized Apparel: 7–14 business days
•  Custom Team Orders: Up to 6 weeks

International Shipping

•  Vogue Lab ships worldwide.
•  Customers are responsible for any international duties, taxes, and customs fees.
•  Shipping times may vary based on customs procedures in the destination country.

Order Accuracy

•  Please ensure all shipping information is correct and complete at checkout.
•  Vogue Lab will ship orders to the address provided by the customer.
•  In the case of incomplete address details, a Customer Service Representative will contact you for clarification before shipping.
•  Vogue Lab is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.

Returns Policy

Custom and Personalized Orders

•  All custom, personalized, or team orders are final sale and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error made by Vogue Lab.
•  If you believe there is a defect or mistake with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thevoguelab.com.

Standard Products

•  Non-customized products may be eligible for exchange or return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
•  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

•  If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our team within 7 days.
•  We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund after reviewing the claim and receiving photo evidence of the issue.
